Anti-Aging Banana
If you would like to enjoy the anti-aging benefits of banana, here's how to prepare it:
Ingredients

tsp
yogurt
thick

tsp
orange juice
Instructions
In a bowl containing one mashed banana, add a teaspoon of thick yogurt, and a teaspoon of orange juice then mix thoroughly to a paste.
Apply this mixture on the face as a mask keeping off your eyes and mouth.
Wait for roughly 20 minutes and rinse your face thoroughly with cold water.

Using this mixture regularly will not only nourish mature skin but also exfoliate and protect it.
