Anti-Aging Banana

If you would like to enjoy the anti-aging benefits of banana, here's how to prepare it:


  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp yogurt thick
  • 1 tsp orange juice


  • In a bowl containing one mashed banana, add a teaspoon of thick yogurt, and a teaspoon of orange juice then mix thoroughly to a paste.
  • Apply this mixture on the face as a mask keeping off your eyes and mouth.
  • Wait for roughly 20 minutes and rinse your face thoroughly with cold water.
