Banana Porridge


  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup cooking oats
  • 1 cup watercinnamon (if desired)


  • Boil the water and cook the oats
  • Add the chopped banana
  • Simmer until the right consistency is achieved


This recipe will be a little lumpier than a pureed banana, but is a great way to begin introducing semi-solids to your baby. If desired, you could add a little desiccated coconut for a different flavor.
